Valor Components is a global manufacturing and distribution company with headquarters in metro Atlanta area. We are a leading global manufacturer of precision machined components.
Over the last three decades, our team of experts learned the intricacies of manufacturing supply chain at some of the leading global OEM’s. We realize that Small Machined Parts and C Parts often get overlooked due to large number of SKU’s and limited supply chain bandwidth that most large supply chain organizations are able to allocate. Our Inspection Workflow
We believe, careful measurement, inspection and testing is necessary to ensure that our customers requirements are met consistently. We perform multiple inspections at every step of the production and fulfillment process - from incoming material verification to final delivery.
We share our project specific ITP (Inspection and Test Plans) with customers, for their feedback and approval before start of the manufacturing process. Our standard inspection process includes:
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- Setup Approval Report (SAR)
- In Process Inspection (IPI)
- 100% Visual Inspection (VI)
- Pre-dispatch Inspection (PDI)

Our teams possess deep expertise related to Engineering, Machining Technology, Quality and Metallurgy however we believe in Continuous Learning. We maintain a Continuous Learning Mindset and learn every day from our customers and other stakeholders.
Our machining equipment is among the best in the industry which also enables us to achieve ultra precise tolerances down to + / - 0.005 MM. We can easily support use of Measurement Systems including Imperial, Metric and US Customary system.
We are very familiar with different global standards including ANSI, ISO 2768 and AS 9100. Thread Types we work with include Metric – ISO, NPT, BSPP / BSPT and UNC / UNF.
We also have the equipment to do stress relieving, annealing to meet customer specific, heat treatment and hardness requirements.
